Oh, you’re a philosophy enthusiast, are you? Well, let’s be honest, at parties, philosophy can be the ultimate buzzkill. But while most folks are debating whether the latest TikTok trend is a cultural masterpiece or pure cringe, there’s one bloke who managed to make pondering life’s deepest questions seem more exciting than an episode of a reality TV show.

We’re talking about Alan Watts, the guy who turned philosophy into the hippest thing since sliced bread. Watts was born January 6th, 1915 and in his 58 years he wrote over 25 books on spirituality and philosophy.

In the immortal words of Alan Watts, “Trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth.” I mean, who needs those gripping debates on the Kardashians when you can be discussing the nature of self with Alan? It’s almost like he turned the baffling into the utterly accessible, making philosophy about as cool as a cucumber wearing sunglasses.

So, get ready to journey into the realm of profound thoughts with Alan Watts as your trusty guide, turning philosophical discussions into an adventure that’s more thrilling than a squirrel on an espresso binge. As Watts would say, “The most important thing is to find out what is the most important thing.” With him as your philosophical guru, you’re sure to uncover it.
