Sound Transit is extending its Kent/Des Moines transit development survey through June 7.

The survey is to gauge community interest in future development on land owned by Sound Transit near to its in-construction Kent/Des Moines light rail station. The station is located off of Pacific Highway across from Highline’s campus. 

Sound Transit says it will be working with the City of Kent to get input on what development the community would like to see happen on the land. 

Development won’t begin until after the completion of the light rail station. The survey can be taken on this webpage.
