Join Arcturus, Highline’s literary arts magazine, for its in-person launch party and celebration this Thursday, June 9.

The celebration will include Arcturus 2021, which received an award in design from the Associated Writing Programs. This award is given to one college or university in the United States, with a $1,000 cash reward. 

The Associated Writing Programs is an organization that provides support and resources to creative writing programs in colleges and universities across the country. 

At the party, there will be an art show, poetry and prose readings, food and drinks, and copies of Arcturus 2022.  

The event will be held in Mt. Constance at 11 a.m. June 9.
